Most Kurkesmurfer instruments are still work in progress. This page distinguishes a usable reference from an overview or development note, and points to the best information currently available.
Homodyne
The project page explains the six modules and the functional chain. The README documents VCV-only expander normalization, placement order, signal fallbacks, and patch-cable overrides. A per-control web manual is not yet published.
Muse
The project page now summarizes the verified X/Y/Z, pitch, index, animation, quantization, CV, reset, LFO, and Muse-XT consonance controls. A full patching and behaviour manual is still needed.
Inflection
The project page explains the motion-sensitive folding model. The repository README contains the current control table, target mappings, and open design decisions. A dedicated web manual is not yet published.
MultiPhaser
The project page covers the module family and baseline status. The README documents placement, hardware editions, tap interpolation, feedback, scanning, and PhaseQ; the architecture note covers repository and expander boundaries.
Reading the status
Documentation freezes later than code.
A work-in-progress label means the linked information is useful and based on the current source, but names, ranges, normalizations, or platform mappings may still move before a stable release.
When the panel, tooltip, and documentation disagree, report the mismatch through the plugin’s GitHub Issues page. That discrepancy is a bug in the release baseline.
